Pyschotherapy
I treat women in a variety of life stages, with a range of issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress, health concerns and relationship difficulties. I use a variety of modalities to assist in your treatment, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). *
Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders Treatment
I specialize in therapy for pregnant and postpartum women who experience distressing symptoms of anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, trauma from pregnancy/delivery, or mood disorders; all which can occur during pregnancy and up to two years after birth.
Telehealth Therapy
All services for clients in Indiana, except crisis appointments, can utilize video services through a HIPAA-compliant tool in your client portal. Certain exceptions apply; ask me for more information to see if your service is eligible.**
Clinical Supervision
I provide supervision, ongoing as well as one-time, for other mental health professionals. Clinical supervision provides an opportunity them to review their work with clients, as well as their own personal and professional growth.
Health Saving Accounts and Insurance
You may use pre-tax dollars from a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for services.
Contact me to find out if I am in-network with your insurance. If I am not, a superbill can be provided for submission to your insurance for out-of-network benefit benefits.

**Emergency services or actively suicidal clients are not eligible for telehealth services due to safety concerns. Telehealth therapy is currently only available for clients in Indiana, due to state licensing restrictions and may not be covered by insurance.
